We’re working on CORE STRENGTH, STABILITY and CARDIO ENDURANCE with this terrific low impact (no jumping) BALANCE BALL HIIT workout. Using long intervals with short rest periods, we’re working through eleven full body exercises that are designed to sculpt and tone your shoulders, abs and butt while working your heart and lungs.
