In this scenario, your pretty much talking to yourself in your own mind but pretending like you dont care and you have to play the "I aint reacting cause thats what they want " tactic. ..I cover the part of this subject where people are in workplaces where there are cliques and hierarchies that DELIBERATELY scrutinize a targeted individual (or group of individuals) and intentionally blow the trumpet and literally WAITING TO POUNCE and ready to find a WRONG or a breach in a hygiene or etiquette rule and ready to POINT THE FINGER and EXAGGERATE AT WILL for the purpose of knocking others down a notch or two (or three or four) and deliberately FLAUNT (with SMUG looks on their faces and SMUG body language) that THEY can do the same thing or worse ON PURPOSE and get away with it because they have a gang of friends that will stand by them and have a mutual prejudice, bias along with mutual agreement that YOUR A LESSER PERSON THAN THEM, so therefore THEY CAN, but YOU CANNOT. There is a lot of PICKING AND CHOOSING as far as these rules are concerned, and the bar can be DELIBERATELY RAISED to harass certain people LITERALLY AT WILL by people who stand by them and share a belief that somebody else is beneath them. The real purpose is to INTIMIDATE and make a target WALK ON EGGSHELLS just like GANGS OF SCHOOL KIDS did way back, but THE GAMES change and evolve as the HARASSERS and HARASSEES get older, the only difference is that with AGE AND WISDOM AND SNAKE-LIKE CUNNING, they know the HARASSEES that dont cringe to them GET SMARTER and THEY DONT LIKE IT, so they just pull out the larger intimidation guns.
